The Chez Rosa Grilled Octopus with a short pimentón jus, our burgers — the Chez Rosa Royal Burger and the Premium Rubia Gallega Burger with seared foie gras — and the Perch Fillets Meunière complete our signature dishes. For meat lovers, the Grilled Swiss Sirloin (250 g) and the Premium 1 kg Rib of Beef are served with homemade fries and market vegetables.
